Refunds
GlycoEden Refund Policy: Terms, Timing and What Goes Wrong
GlycoEden refunds run on a 60-day window counted from the order date. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID, then post the bottles to 1166 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 7, New York, NY 10036, USA with your name, email and order ID inside, packed properly because they are glass. The purchase price is credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Return postage is at your cost.

The policy
Written out in full, in the order it applies
| Clause | What it says |
|---|---|
| Window | 60 days from the order date, on every pack size. |
| What is refunded | The purchase price of the product. |
| What is not refunded | Outbound shipping where it was charged, and return postage, which is at your cost. |
| How to start | Call +1 (302) 200-3480, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET, with your order ID. |
| What to include in the box | Your full name, the email address on the order, and the order ID, on a slip inside. |
| Where to send it | 1166 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 7, New York, NY 10036, USA |
| Carrier | Your choice. Use a tracked service and pack the glass properly. Keep the receipt. |
| Processing | 3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. |
| Method of refund | Back to the original payment method. No store credit. |
| Partly used bottles | Contact the desk before posting. A satisfaction guarantee expects an opened bottle; the desk confirms what to send. |
| Damaged or wrong items | Call with photographs before returning anything. These are handled as a replacement rather than a refund. |
| Orders not placed through the official desk | Cannot be refunded here. The desk can only act on orders in its own records. |
Timing, in real days
What the two numbers in the policy actually mean
Day 0: you order
The clock starts here, not when the parcel lands. This is the most misunderstood line in any supplement guarantee and the most common reason a claim arrives late.
Day 1 to 60: you decide
Call the desk any time inside this window. Making the call is what matters; the parcel can follow a few days later.
You post the bottles
Allow for transit. A tracked service across the US is typically a few days, and it is the only version that gives you proof of delivery.
Three to five business days after they receive it
The desk credits the order. This is where the order ID earns its keep.
A further five to ten days
The card issuer posts the credit to your statement. That part is the bank and nobody can speed it up.
Six things that go wrong
And how to avoid each one
No order ID in the box
The most common reason a refund stalls. A parcel with no name and no order number cannot be matched to a customer. Write it on a slip and put it inside.
Posting without tracking
If the parcel goes missing, an untracked return leaves you with no evidence it was ever sent. Tracking costs a few dollars and settles the argument.
Badly packed glass
A 60 ml bottle in a padded envelope will not survive a sorting machine. Box it, pad it, and a broken return becomes a conversation you do not have to have.
Calling on day 61
The window is firm. Set the reminder the day the box arrives, not later.
Expecting postage back
It is not covered. A refund returns the purchase price, and that is stated here rather than buried.
Buying from a reseller
If the desk has no record of the order, it cannot refund it. This is the strongest practical argument for the official route.
What we will not pretend
Return shipping at your cost makes a refund partial rather than complete. On a six-bottle pack of glass bottles that is a genuine expense, and no careful wording changes it.
Weigh that before buying the biggest pack. A three-bottle return costs less to send and leaves you holding a month of product rather than four when the window closes.
Chargebacks are a last resort, not a first one
If something has gone wrong, call +1 (302) 200-3480 first. A chargeback filed before anyone has had the chance to fix it tends to freeze the order record, which makes the problem slower to solve rather than faster.
If the desk has not answered within a reasonable time, that is a different situation, and your card issuer exists for exactly that.

A worked example
One refund, start to finish, with real dates
Assume you order three bottles on 1 March and the parcel arrives on 6 March.
1 March: the clock starts
Day zero is the order date, not the delivery date. Your deadline is 30 April. Put it in the calendar on 6 March when the box lands.
6 March to 22 April: you take it
Roughly a bottle and a half at the full serving. Comfortably past the median day reviewers reported, which is around day 47.
23 April: you decide it is not for you
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 that day. A week inside the window, with time to spare.
24 April: you post the bottles
To 1166 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 7, New York, NY 10036, USA, boxed and padded because they are glass, with your name, email and order ID inside, sent tracked. Cost to you: the postage.
Around 28 April: it arrives
Tracking confirms delivery. This is the proof that matters if anything goes wrong afterwards.
Around 2 May: the desk credits it
Three to five business days after receipt.
Between 7 and 12 May: it reaches your statement
Five to ten days for the card issuer to post it. That part is the bank.
Total elapsed time from your decision to the money appearing: about three weeks, most of it outside anyone’s control. Starting on day 58 rather than day 23 compresses none of it and risks all of it.
Your rights outside this policy
What the law gives you regardless of what any policy says
A seller’s refund policy is a promise made voluntarily. It sits on top of, rather than in place of, protections you already have.
In the United States, the FTC’s Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires a seller to ship within the time stated, or within 30 days if no time is stated, and to offer you the choice of a refund if they cannot. Separately, your card issuer provides a chargeback process for goods that never arrive or that are materially not as described.
Neither replaces calling the desk first. A chargeback filed before anyone had a chance to fix the problem tends to freeze the order record and slows resolution. But if you have used the routes on this page and a genuine problem is unresolved, those protections exist and you are entitled to use them.
This is not legal advice
It is a plain description of consumer protections that apply to online orders in the United States. Rules vary by state and circumstance, and nothing here substitutes for advice about your situation.
