Orders, tracking and refunds go to +1 (302) 200-3480. Anything about this website goes to [email protected]. Sending an order question to the website desk adds days for no reason.
Give it a working day
Both desks run business hours Eastern. A message sent on Friday evening is answered on Monday, which is not the same as being ignored.
Escalate in writing
If a call has not resolved something, put it in writing with your order ID, the date and what was said. A written record is what makes a second conversation shorter than the first.
Use your card issuer as a last resort
A chargeback is a genuine protection for problems that were not resolved. Filing one before anyone had a chance to help tends to freeze the order record and slow everything down.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under consumer protection law, and nothing in it requires you to exhaust these steps before exercising one.
Severability, assignment and the whole agreement

The bottle carries the AGORIA mark and no manufacturer address. Product liability, labelling and formulation are the manufacturer's, and we have no route to them that you do not have.

The government health agency pages linked from this site have their own terms and privacy policies. We linked them because we read them; we do not control them.
